Velocityscape’s trials are supported by our online forum, our video demos, and the help files included with the product. Please call our support line if you have any installation issues or receive any error messages. We do try and respond to demo product use questions, but our Product Support queues receive first action. If you have questions regarding the capabilities of Velocityscape’s
products, please call the sales department.
Standard support comes free with every product we sell. Velocityscape’s standard
product support is dedicated to ensuring Web Scraper products install correctly and to trouble shoot any error messages encountered. We will respond to questions about product use, often on the same business day. If you need help performing an extraction that go beyond error troubleshooting, please contact us about our Training and Consulting offerings.
